Hazy Quays Hops

Salford Quays is an area of Salford, found facing Trafford across the canal. The Quays were previously the site of the Manchester Docks, built by the Manchester Ship Canal Company. The area was rebranded as Salford Quays and redevelopment began in 1985 under the Salford Quays Development Plan.

The American IPA is a modern craft beer style which originated in the New England region of the United States. Alchemist Heady Topper is believed to be the first inspiration, with the style very rapidly growing in popularity during the 2010s. Expect very fruity qualities and aromas, a soft body, smooth mouthfeel, as well as a characteristic haze.
