Pale Park British Ale

Peel Park is a public urban park in Salford, and is located on the flood plain of River Iwell opposite Salford University. The park is named in honour of Sir Robert Peel and opened in 1846. Famous Salford artist L.S. Lowry has made Peel Park the subject of a variety of his paintings, such as the iconic “Bandstand”.

A smooth and well-balanced Pale Ale. This light bodied beer is brewed with surplus freshbread, malted barley, & British hops. Pale ale is an amber coloured beer style that first appeared in England around 1703. British pale ales were known to be beers made from malts, and then dried with high-carbon coke. This resulted in a much lighter colour compared to other beers at the time.
