Irlams o’ th’ Honey

Irlams o' th' Height is a suburb of Salford, found on the top of Irwell Valley. Its name is derived from the Irlam family who ran the Pack Horse Inn in the 17th & 18th century. In the 19th century, the village became highly prosperous as a result of the Industrial Revolution. This birthed a wide community of handloom weavers.

Kölsch is a refreshing style of beer that stands out for its crisp drinkability and exceptional balance of malt and fruity flavours. Originating in the city Cologne, Germany, the Kölsch beer technique requires ale yeast to be fermented, then finished at cold temperatures like a lager.
